About Arielle

Arielle is a Registered Social Worker with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals, couples & relationships, and families who struggle with big emotions and trauma across diverse backgrounds, identities and experiences. With a background in crisis support within child welfare, community mental health, gender-based violence and harm-reduction, she knows that true healing isn't just about insight—it's about integration.

Arielle brings an ethic of warmth, gentle curiosity, innate compassion, openness, and a healthy dose of humour to her work. Their approach is relational, collaborative, trauma-informed and grounded in harm-reduction and anti-oppressive practice. With a background in crisis support within child welfare, community mental health, gender-based violence and harm-reduction, she knows that true healing isn't just about insight—it's about integration.

Arielle is passionate about working with adults and teens/tweens who feel stuck between who they've been and who they're becoming—identities and experiences that don't always fit neatly into a box.

As a member of both the LGBTQ and neurodivergent communities, Arielle is committed to offering neuro-affirming and gender-affirming care backed by best practices and up-to-date research. They have learned and worked with many BIPOC communities, educators and clients and are committed to ongoing anti-racist work within her practice. Arielle values client feedback to ensure sessions meet desired outcomes and therapeutic needs.

Being a therapist is an honour for Arielle. She feels privileged to hold space for people's most vulnerable moments, serve as a compassionate witness, and guide them towards becoming their most authentic selves. Together with clients, she creates a roadmap that helps process the past, shed old layers, and grow into the person they're meant to be. Her goal is for clients to experience healing as not just possible—but inevitable. The greatest reward is seeing clients leave feeling lighter, freer, and genuinely excited about their lives.
