Michael supports individuals to explore their past through a future focused lens - supporting personal healing and familial transformation.

    Marie is a compassionate Psychotherapist, Somatic Practitioner, and Holistic Nutritionist dedicated to fostering holistic well-being in every individual and couple she works with. Bringing with her a diverse therapeutic toolkit blending modern psychology and ancient wisdom, Marie creates nurturing and thought provoking spaces empowering clients to bravely explore new perspectives on their journeys towards healing and self-discovery.

    Emily is a Registered Social Worker with a background in addictions, personality disorders, PTSD, and perinatal/postpartum mental health. Emily works primarily with adults and youth. Emily draws on a variety of modalities and takes a trauma-informed, and solution focused approach to working with clients from all walks of life. Emily employs a combination of talk therapy and somatic therapy to support and empower clients, meeting them wherever they are in their therapy journey.

    Abby is a Registered Social Worker who believes healing grows through connection, both to ourselves and with others. She creates a space where clients feel seen, accepted, and supported, helping them reconnect with themselves, nurture resilience, and foster authentic relationships. Her philosophy emphasizes looking at the whole person, not just their symptoms, to promote holistic wellness. Working within a trauma-informed, relational, and systemic framework, Abby draws on a variety of therapeutic modalities and carries her work with care, trust, and respect for each person’s story.

Lauren works at a pace that feels right for you, building trust and safety as a foundation for deeper exploration. She see’s therapy as a space where we can gently turn toward what’s been difficult, while also making room for what is possible.
