About Ashley
Ashley is a Psychotherapist who has a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a BA in Psychology, as well as a diploma in Social Service Work. Having worked in the mental health field for many years managing a clinical department supporting the mental health of employees and organizations across Canada, as well as conducting wellness workshops at colleges and universities, Ashley brings tremendous expertise in supporting individuals at all stages of adulthood.

Ashley is a mixed raced woman and has made it her goal to ensure she provides compassionate and culturally relevant support to diverse populations, ensuring acceptance, understanding, and individually tailored therapeutic approaches. Ashley’s focus is to help individuals, couples and families find hope, heal, and become aware of their inner strengths.
