About Jessie
Jessie is a passionate Psychotherapist RP(Q) who specializes in working with trauma, ADHD, and addictions. She believes that everyone comes into life with all the pieces they need to realize their potential and that her work is geared toward helping clients puzzle those pieces together into a workable map. Jessie is passionate about providing a trauma-informed, self-inquiring model of harm reduction to her clients. She works with clients to develop strategies and solutions to help navigating life with neurodivergence.
As a practitioner with personal experiences of the specialties in which she practices, Jessie brings an embodied awareness to her work, as well as a deep knowledge and expertise formed through her training and education.
While starting therapy can be a big and sometimes scary choice, Jessie has an open and accepting nature and welcomes you to have a free consultation with her to hear more about your goals for therapy and see if there is a good fit for you. Jessie’s approach to counselling is client-led, intersectional, and trauma-informed. Her clients can expect to be met where they are with love and acceptance.
